Requirements
•Experience working in a startup environment with high degrees of ambiguity •Mastery of technical recruiting fundamentals including subject matter expertise, competencies-based interviewing and structured hiring •Highly collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach •Tech-savvy and ability to quickly pick up new processes and software •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Sense of ownership and urgency around your work and the outcomes of our hiring processes
