• Are you a problem-solver with a knack for keeping everything running smoothly? As a Customer Engagement Advocate III at Everi, you’ll be at the heart of our customer operations, ensuring seamless transactions and handling escalations like a pro! You’ll manage accounts where our Fintech software powers transaction processing and step in as the go-to point of contact when our customers need an expert on hand. • Must reside in the Sacramento area to be considered.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain relevant Gaming License(s). • Strong technical skills in troubleshooting devices and equipment with a solid foundation in technical knowledge. • Excellent judgment, adherence to rules and guidelines, and strong time management and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a strong understanding of Windows. • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Ability to travel 40-50% of the time within assigned regions. • Casino industry experience preferred.
