β’ 3+ years in a customer success role within a SaaS company. β’ Easily builds rapport with customers and team members. β’ Proven track record of driving expansions and renewals. β’ Process-driven and an analytical mindset. β’ Can identify and communicate trends in their book of business. β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills. β’ Ability to break down and communicate technical terminology in a non-technical manner. β’ Natural curiosity and enthusiasm. β’ A team-focused, collaborative instinct.
