Description

• Drive revenue through key account growth, meeting or exceeding all growth targets and performance metrics • Contribute to a strong team culture of accountability, transparency, and data driven decision making • Develop and own the strategy for accelerating the growth across your portfolio of accounts • Develop a deep understanding of our product messaging, technology platform and competitive landscape • Support an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement • Work cross-functionally with other departments to communicate the needs of EverQuote’s largest customers • Build excellent working relationships with key business leaders, colleagues, and broader teams across the organization • Engage with customers to uncover their pain points, providing feedback internally to help prioritize the functionality needed to drive account growth opportunities • Bring a growth mindset to the team while continually driving accountability, trust, and integrity • Effectively communicates, formally and informally, up and down the organization • Help to move deals across the line with the help of cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of enterprise account management • Experience analyzing commercial performance metrics and summarizing insights to drive organizational change • Experience managing and growing an enterprise book of business • Significant experience directly managing senior client relationships • Deep comfort with Excel & Powerpoint • Exceptional credibility with previous team members and organizations • Strong track record of decisiveness and accountability in previous roles • Experience working with Property & Casualty Insurance preferred
