β’ Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally within the healthcare or recruitment industry. β’ Strong understanding of the healthcare recruitment landscape and the challenges healthcare organizations face in finding nursing talent. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. β’ Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. β’ Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
