Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally within the healthcare or recruitment industry. β€’ Strong understanding of the healthcare recruitment landscape and the challenges healthcare organizations face in finding nursing talent. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. β€’ Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. β€’ Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
