• About EverService Holdings, LLC: • EverService is a global provider of tech-enabled business solutions for companies of all sizes. • We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Legal vertical. • This role will specialize in working with small law firms to promote and sell legal intake services. • You will play a crucial role in acquiring new legal clients and nurturing relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on legal services or software for small businesses • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to convey the value proposition of legal intake services specifically for small law firms • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, whether working from home or in the Alert Communications office • Ability to adapt to changes in the market and industry • While we are open to remote talent, we are currently looking to hire in the state of TX or FL
