β€’ We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Insurance Broker with at least 3 years' experience in the employee benefits space. β€’ This role will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients in navigating the complex landscape of employee benefits insurance and programs. β€’ Join a Winning Team: The individual in this role will joining a team with a solid track record of success in the employee benefits insurance industry. β€’ Ultimately, we like to win and have a track record of doing it year-over-year.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience and success as an insurance broker, with a focus on employee benefits β€’ A strong understanding of employee benefits products β€’ Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, capable of evaluating complex insurance plans and identifying cost-saving opportunities. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
