• 4+ years of consistent sales performance within SaaS or Agribusiness industry • 2+ years selling into Mid-Market sized organizations (deal cycles at $25,000-$75,000 in revenue) • Strong experience in prospecting and self-generating pipeline • High volume sales • Value based sales • Proven ability to develop champions and execute a complex sales cycle • Experience at a start-up or in a scrappy, fast-moving environment • Bachelor’s degree required • Spanish fluency is a bonus • Ability to travel 50%
