Description

β€’ Manage portfolio of ad campaigns and ensure high performance. β€’ Provide regular feedback to clients and stakeholders. β€’ Track campaign performance and make optimizations. β€’ Build and maintain trusted partnerships with clients. β€’ Update Salesforce and manage billing reconciliation.

Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of client service or account management experience, preferably in digital marketing. β€’ Proven track record of success building strong relationships with internal and external customers. β€’ Passion for translating data into action and uncovering opportunities in the details. β€’ Project management skills with the ability to influence and leverage internal resources. β€’ Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and desire to learn quickly. β€’ Positive attitude that conveys enthusiasm to clients. β€’ Familiarity with display advertising, direct response marketing, and lead generation. β€’ Experience with G Suite, Salesforce, and Google Analytics. β€’ BA/BS degree. β€’ Strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
