Description

•Lead and oversee all sales and revenue-generating activities for clinical studies recruitment business •Drive revenue growth and craft strategic go-to-market plans •Build enduring client relationships and manage sales pipeline •Collaborate with clients to develop tailored media plans •Motivate and guide internal stakeholders for new product offerings •Supervise and mentor the Account Executive, fostering high-performance sales culture

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree •7+ years of experience in digital media sales, business development, or healthcare solutions •Proven track record of driving revenue and managing client relationships •Experience leading sales strategy and delivering significant revenue growth in a fast-paced environment •Strong understanding of clinical trial recruitment processes and the digital tools that support patient recruitment •Strong understanding of the digital media business including ad products and pricing models •Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships •Strategic thinker with the ability to craft and implement effective go-to-market strategies •Strong presentation and communication skills •Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
