Description

• Lead business development and proposal efforts at Fors Marsh. • Develop capture strategies and manage proposal lifecycle. • Collaborate with team members and practice areas. • Supervise a team of proposal specialists and coordinators. • Drive continuous improvement of business development operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant work experience. • At least 5 years in leading large captures and proposal development for Federal & State Government clients. • Research and/or Human Capital Services experience preferred. • Experience with GovWin system and CRM systems. • Ability to lead and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
