• Join Lighthouse's sales team as the Business Development Manager for Strategic Accounts • Expand our market presence and drive sales of our instrument service • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets for instrument services • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share within the CRO and pharmaceutical sectors • Generate a network of referral sources to create sustainable lead development • Cultivate relationships with existing customers, investors, and partners • Persuasively educate and inform customers of the company’s product lines and their specifications • Collaborate with departments, managers, and other staff to confirm that the generated Statement of Work meets the Client’s expectations and needs • Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field • Advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 7+ years of experience demonstrating success in sales, specifically targeting CROs and pharma companies • Sales experience in clinical laboratory and/or toxicology • Service experience in laboratory instruments
