Description

• Business Development Executive to drive the growth and success of CJ Hensch • Identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships • Oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives to expand market presence • Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage accounts across the private sector • Sell solutions for Traffic Data Collection, Active Transportation/Mobility Studies • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients • Lead the development of compelling proposals in collaboration with technical teams • Establish partnerships and collaborations to expand service offerings and market reach

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus • 10+ years experience in business development in the engineering or transportation industry • Ability to source, process and analyze information with proven ability to deliver high quality and persuasive proposals • Strong result-driven mindset while being able to work in a team • Strong understanding of transportation infrastructure, traffic management, and related technologies • Ability to interact with several stakeholders • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends
