• The Business Development Manager, Showroom Sales - West Region is responsible for achieving annual sales goals. • This role involves growing current accounts and targeting new business within the home design or kitchen and bath showroom spaces. • The BDM will build relationships with showroom managers and regional showroom leaders to influence sales within key accounts, contractors, architects, design and build partners, and KB dealers. • Responsible for personnel decisions such as hiring, coaching, performance management, and firing. • Must have the ability to travel regionally 50%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or equivalent field required. • 8+ years of previous field sales experience – in either construction or showroom sales &/or sales management role. • Experience with Salesforce for project tracking and customer analysis preferred.
