• Develops and executes strategic plans for corporate initiatives • Develop strategic relationships at targeted accounts • Provide leadership with the industry influencing accounts • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations • Accountable to develop and communicate areas of the strategic growth plan • Instrumental in enabling sales on strategic account approach • Provide input on strategic direction, industry trends, and regulations • Identify and grow opportunities globally with sales teams • Identify and ensures Greene Tweed industry influence into key industry committees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred (or equivalent experience); Master’s degree desired • 10 years related consultative sales experience • Relevant industry knowledge • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse team • Passion for technology and ability to present complex products • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets • Results- and process-driven mindset • Able to work effectively in a matrix organization • Demonstrated collaborative skills • Understands sales process and relevant tools • Demonstrated negotiation, active listening, communication, and presentation skills required • Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented professional • Team leadership capabilities • Ability to travel 50-70% of time (domestic and international)
