Description

• Learn, build, and deliver best-in-class sales and customer support training content for our sales and support organization, enabling new Evolvers to be successful from day 1 • Manage and track performance of sales and support training effectiveness • Partner with Sales and Support Leadership and the broader L&E team and recommend learning opportunities as needed based on training results and teammate speed to proficiency • Partner with Instructional Design team and Quality Assurance on ongoing curriculum development projects • Leverage delivery methods and practices to ensure they are innovative and effective • Demonstrate engaging and effective classroom management skills for both small and large training groups with varying types of content • Design, deliver, and review assessments to identify skills and knowledge gaps across the organization to identify training needs • Facilitate relevant and engaging ongoing skill sessions to support continuous development • Conduct train the trainer sessions in support of Evolve’s peer to peer learning culture • Analyze data, feedback and performance data to adjust and improve training approach to optimize speed to proficiency for teammates • Assess training needs in partnership with relevant people leaders to continually improving learning efficacy and learner engagement • Review and leverage feedback and performance data to enhance delivery of training • Provide mentorship and guidance to trainers, supporting their professional development and ensuring consistent training delivery standards • Evaluate and assess partner trainers and provide feedback on curriculum facilitation and adult learning theory principles

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales and customer support training and facilitation, specifically working with adult learners • 3+ years of experience in sales and customer support role • Proven success as a trainer or facilitator in a blended learning environment, with experience leveraging eLearning tools (e.g. LMS, content authoring software) • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating a sense of alignment, organization, and ownership • Ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence others • Ability to prioritize and work independently with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining the flexibility to pivot based on organizational changes and learner needs • Passion for hospitality and inherent motivation to help others • Salesforce experience is a plus • Believe in and embody Evolve’s core values
