Description

• AnewHealth is looking for a driven and passionate engineer to fill a Telecom Engineer I position. • Role supports all telephony needs crucial for customer journey excellence. • Design, implement, and manage telephony solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telephony systems. • Ensure partner telephony agreements are honored. • Liaison between IT and business units for telephony goals.

Requirements

• Experience in working with the design, planning, implementation, and support of traditional or cloud call center solutions, including CTI, IVR, Reporting, Workforce Management, Call Recording, VoIP, SIP, Quality Monitoring, etc. • 3+ years providing technical support in a corporate environment. • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols related to telephony. • Experience with telecommunications regulatory compliance. • Development experience with Cisco, NICE, or Five9 platforms is a plus. • Experience with high-end telephony & contact center platforms and solutions. • Cisco, Ring Central, NICE, and Five9 are preferred. • AI experience is plus.
