📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • ISA/Lead Generation Conduct outbound calls to identify potential clients and schedule appointments. • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and readiness to buy or sell. • Ensure seamless coordination between clients and real estate agents. • Maintain a follow-up system to nurture leads. • Track appointment progress and maintain accurate CRM records. • Deliver excellent customer service while handling inquiries. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation. • Nurture leads with automated and personalized follow-ups. • Implement and manage drip/nurture campaigns. • Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Ensure accurate data entry and lead tracking. • Address CRM system issues and provide support to the client. • Scrub and qualify inbound leads from multiple sources. • Data mining Consistently communicate with leads in the database General Virtual Assistant Support Provide administrative support, including calendar management and data entry. • Manage emails and respond to inquiries. • Conduct research and generate reports. • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
