• About Us: We’re Extenteam, a dynamic company revolutionizing the short term vacation rental industry. • As a scaling stage startup, we aim to grow our Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) to double our revenue by January 2026. • Extenteam is on a mission to streamline and support vacation rental businesses by providing top-notch solutions. • Role Overview: As a Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for designing and executing growth strategies. • Customer Acquisition and Onboarding: Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive new leads and signups. • Growth Experiments: Run data-driven growth experiments, A/B tests, and optimizations across the customer journey. • Conversion Optimization: Design / provide guidance on landing pages, emails, and in-product experiences. • Retention and Upsell: Design retention programs and campaigns to increase customer lifetime value. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset: Strong quantitative skills with experience in utilizing data to make decisions from various sources. Hubspot, Google Analytics, Mixpanel and making data driven decisions is what we need.. • Marketing Automation: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Segment, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms. • Customer Acquisition Skills: Experience with paid ads (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), SEO, content marketing, and social media growth tactics. • Experimentation: Ability to rapidly design and test growth experiments, track success metrics, and iterate. • Creativity: Innovative, adaptable thinker who can identify and capitalize on unique growth opportunities. • Ideally, You Have: • Familiarity with pricing strategies, especially subscription-based SaaS models. • Knowledge of or experience in implementing viral/referral loops. • Being able to use sql databases and structured data to make decisions. • Experience at a company with $7.5M-$15M ARR that scaled to $15M-$30M ARR is highly desirable.
