Requirements
• BA/BS degree • 2+ years of graphic design experience in a professional environment, demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing completed projects. • 2+ years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, with demonstrable skills in creating professional-quality designs. • A strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles, with examples of practical application in previous work. • Proven ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and visually, during collaborative projects and presentations. • Demonstrated experience taking creative direction and delivering high-quality work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines. • Versatility to design within established look and feel or style guidelines, evidenced by prior work adhering to brand standards.
