Description

• We’re looking for a data-driven and proactive Sales Operations Associate to join FixMyCar • The role will support the efficiency and performance of our Sales and Support teams • The successful applicant will have exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of commercial principles • Streamline sales and support processes to increase internal efficiencies and external service delivery • Serve as advisor to the global Sales and Operations teams, assisting with the definition of and reporting on KPIs • Research and deliver insights on how to improve sales and support performance • Support setup and ongoing service delivery for partners, including data capture and performance reporting • Partner with Marketing to plan, execute, and maintain campaigns aimed at driving revenue.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Business Operations, or an analytical/operational role • Experience with one or more CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) and related tools • High degree of comfort working with Sales teams, databases, and technology platforms • Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, with exceptional communication skills • Proactive self-starter and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment • Strong communication and organizational skills and experience presenting to senior leadership teams • Advanced abilities in Microsoft Excel or G-Sheets (V-lookups, pivot tables, complex formula statements)
