📋 Description
• FanDuel Group seeks a VIP Events Associate to manage hospitality assets and deliver VIP events. • You will plan, coordinate, and execute events for valuable players. • Your role includes maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and supporting event efficiency. • Responsibilities also include data collection post events for summaries and analysis.
🎯 Requirements
• 2 - 4 years of experience in high end event planning preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in managing budgets, vendor communication/negotiation and event assets • Confident and people focused personality • Ability to work well with other departments to ensure events are carried out successfully • Excellent analytical skills and experience with Excel • Proficient in event management software tools (Cvent, Asana, splash, salesforce, SharePoint, etc) • Strives to meet targets and deadlines • Excellent organizational and planning skills • Ability to work on multiple events at a time • Intuitive / Problem Solver, adaptable, proactive, and innovative • Willing and able to work non-traditional business hours • Travel for this role is expected to be around 30%, weekdays and weekends included
