Description
• Oversee accounting operations ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with standards • Lead complex accounting policy implementation and serve as liaison for auditing • Conduct technical accounting research and manage equity compensation accounting • Supervise account reconciliations and streamline closing processes • Prepare and present financial reports and maintain documentation
Requirements
• 7+ years of accounting and/or audit experience in an inventory-manufacturing business, CPA strongly preferred, 4+ years in a Big 4/international accounting firm • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX/internal controls, and financial statement preparation • Technical research skills including experience with US GAAP related to revenue recognition and inventory accounting • Exceptional analytical skills to address complex accounting issues • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
