Description
• Establish internal controls and oversee accurate financial closings • Ensure compliance with GAAP, ASC 606, and ASC 340-40 • Manage accounts payable and receivables • Collaborate with external CPA and tax partners • Drive process improvements to support rapid growth
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting • 7+ years of accounting experience (Big 4 experience desirable) • Active CPA license preferred • Deep working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • Experience with recurring services revenue models such as telecom, managed services and/or SaaS • Prior experience working in or closely with high-growth companies of 100-500 employees • International and multi-currency accounting background • Proficiency with Netsuite ERP system • Experience reporting to institutional capital providers (lenders/equity providers) highly preferred • Expert Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities • Demonstrated passion for software-driven process and the ability to rapidly learn new software applications and platforms
