Description

• We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead CommandLink's accounting operations. • This role will establish internal controls, oversee accurate financial closings, and ensure compliance with GAAP, ASC 606, and ASC 340-40. • You’ll manage accounts payable and receivables, collaborate with external CPA, tax, and legal partners, and drive process improvements to support growth and system integrations. • Your tech-savvy approach will be key in enhancing efficiency across CommandLink’s financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting • 7+ years of accounting experience (Big 4 experience desirable) • Active CPA license preferred • Deep working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • Experience with recurring services revenue models such as telecom, managed services and/or SaaS • Prior experience working in or closely with high-growth companies of 100-500 employees • International and multi-currency accounting background • Proficiency with Netsuite ERP system • Experience reporting to institutional capital providers (lenders/equity providers) highly preferred • Expert Microsoft Excel and data analysis capabilities • Demonstrated passion for software-driven process and the ability to rapidly learn new software applications and platforms
