Requirements

• Experience in customer success, customer support, or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using computers and web applications. • Experience with Slack, Intercom, or similar messaging applications. • A positive and helpful attitude with a passion for exceeding customer expectations. • Bonus points for: • Experience with AI-powered applications or photo editing software.
