• You will own our growth partnerships program — driving the strategy, execution, and management of our partnerships efforts. • You’ll be responsible for driving new client growth by forming strategic partnerships with various stakeholders. • You will constantly be ideating and spearheading new partnership opportunities, ensuring that we are one step ahead of the market. • You’ll manage the data, outreach efforts, and ongoing management of key partners. • You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to build the necessary experiences to support our partnership efforts.
• 5+ years of experience driving the strategy, execution, and management of a partnerships program for a top consumer company. • Bachelor’s degree or higher • You’re an inquisitive, creative thinker who is constantly ideating new ideas and pushing us to think more strategically. • You have strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building expertise, and professional presence, and can effectively communicate and influence at all levels of an organization • You’re highly organized, and can effectively manage multiple partnership workstreams at the same time. • You’re driven, never satisfied with the status quo, and a self-starter.
