📋 Description
• Become an expert in partner relationships and identify mutually beneficial opportunities. • Establish strong relationships with key partners and develop joint business plans. • Drive the maintenance of partner enablement and engagement strategies. • Work cross-functionally with teams providing insights and tools for successful outcomes. • Build and maintain reporting methodologies and documentation approaches.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in partnerships and business development. • InsuranceTech background is preferred and existing relationships with GSI's Insurance practice leaders is a plus. • Proven track record of driving growth within an organization, ideally with complex, strategic or enterprise accounts. • Take extreme ownership over projects and manage multiple competing priorities. • Experience creating, launching, and maintaining processes, programs, and content for internal and external teams.
