β€’ About Felix: Canada’s first end-to-end platform providing on-demand treatment for everyday health. β€’ About the Role: Looking for a Lifecycle Marketer to lead and scale full lifecycle programs. β€’ In this role, you’ll own strategy and implementation of lifecycle marketing and transactional journeys across multiple channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages. β€’ Develop a dynamic and personalised customer lifecycle experience, draft persuasive copy and execute optimisations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

β€’ Multi-year track-record owning lifecycle, ideally for a consumer product with a large customer base. β€’ Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g.,. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Sendgrid, etc.) and related tools/languages (ex. HTML/CSS). β€’ An understanding of consumer acquisition, activation, engagement and retention strategies. β€’ A thoughtful, critical thinker who follows and systematic and rigorous approach to problem solving. β€’ An effective communicator and copy writer. β€’ Proven success working with cross-functional teams. β€’ Able to digest ambiguous data sets and environments, communicate critical insights, and ask the right questions due to your robust analytical skillset
