We encourage our employees to challenge ideas, think bigger, and always bring the fun to Fetch. • The role: PX Strategy & Employee Engagement Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of Fetch’s People Experience team. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this individual will lead internal communication strategies, oversee critical data analysis and performance metrics, and drive alignment across all functions within People Experience. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, ensuring the organization’s goals are met through data-driven insights and clear, consistent communication.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in strategy, internal communications, HR, or a related field • Cross-Functional Partnerships: 5+ years supporting HR/People, Finance, Operations, or Advertising teams in a high-growth environment. • Analytical Skills: Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills with a focus on performance metrics and predictive analytics. Experience working with employee engagement data, operational KPIs, and change management metrics. • Communication Expertise: Proven ability to develop and execute internal communication strategies that resonate with employees at all levels of the organization. Also able to professionally operate with and manage confidential information, using judgment and discretion before determining when and how to communicate information. • Operational Rigor: Able to strategize and execute high-impact, special projects with multiple stakeholders across the organization, prioritizing effectively. • Passionate Data-Driven Storyteller: Craft compelling narratives backed by data to effectively communicate complex strategies, foster engagement, and strengthen Fetch’s people-first culture. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Excel and data visualization platforms. Plus but not required if you have experience with UKG, Lattice or related workforce planning and development systems. • Presentation Skills: Adept at presenting data-driven insights to executives, facilitating strategic conversations, and driving decision-making based on analysis. • Leadership & Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience leading diverse teams and managing complex projects in a matrixed organization.
