β’ Fetch is hiring a Senior Account Manager on the Sales Team. β’ You'll report to the VP, Industry in Mid-Market. β’ The role involves retaining and expanding Fetch partners, developing relationships with sales and marketing leaders, and ensuring deliverables meet partner needs.
β’ A successful track record of exceeding quotas and driving renewal/upsell revenue for Mid-Market accounts. β’ 5+ years of sales-driven account management experience. β’ Prior work experience involving B2B sales account management within Ad Sales, Tech, Digital Media, Consumer Insights, consulting, or other relevant industries. β’ Knowledge of consumer insights and marketing terminology. β’ Experience consolidating complex data into data-informed stories for partners and colleagues; Utilize tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides. β’ Experience with advanced Excel. Managing and synthesizing large data sets managing advanced functions such as filters, formulas, pivot tables, etc. β’ Possess strong negotiation skills and agility in objection handling, rejection, and managing ambiguity. β’ Experience with Salesforce functions and dashboards. β’ Exceptional written email communication skills to manage and operationalize large-scale projects across multiple teams and stakeholders. β’ Able to travel when necessary for sales meetings, client presentations, etc. β’ Comfortable with autonomy, resourcefulness, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
