Description

• Senior Director, Industry, Mid-Market will report to the General Manager and manage a sales team. • Responsible for achieving quota by nurturing existing relationships and initiating new ones. • Manage key account/business relationships with select partners to generate revenue opportunities. • Oversee industry sales and guide teams to ensure progress to quota. • Serve as player/coach, leading by example through acquisition and management of Mid-Market clients. • Provide tailored coaching and feedback to partner and account professionals. • Ensure collaborative work with cross-functional teams for relationship management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of directly relevant experience, minimum 2 years experience managing teams. • Relevant experience within the Mid-Market industry, including previous work experience, a strong network within the industry, or established connections. • Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel.
