Description

• The VP, Industry Lead, Household Essentials will report directly to the General Manager. • Responsible for achieving quota by nurturing existing relationships and initiating new relationships among partners. • Manage a team of sales executives and account managers who are jointly responsible for achieving quota. • Make personnel/headcount decisions quickly and decisively. • Provide tailored coaching, guidance, and feedback to partner professionals in sales functions and account professionals in account-management functions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of directly relevant experience, minimum 5 years experience managing teams. • Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel.
