Description

• Play a leading role in the delivery of successful implementations and projects within the scope of work. • Responsible for end-to-end project leadership deliverables for Prosperity Initiatives. • Managing and leading teams’ effective analysis of data and identification of issues. • Building effective relationships with key decision-makers. • Provide mentoring and support the development of campus leaders towards meeting the defined outcomes for the university. • Offering a strong and compelling point of view around strengthening the Universities Operational Effectiveness. • Developing deep understanding of internal business functions • Be viewed as a thought leader. • Prepare proposals, monthly and quarterly reports and make presentations to the key leaders (including cabinet, directors, trustees). • Lead efforts around penetration development in Core’s business model including identifying and focusing on the impact of higher education trends on university functional areas, identifying specific use cases and staying current with best practices.

Requirements

• A Master’s in education • Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a dean or academic administrator • Excellent project management skills • Proven ability to collaborate, build consensus and work effectively with university partners and within the corporate culture • An entrepreneur at heart, with proven ability to work independently and effectively and in a constantly changing environment. • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: PH. D and/or working towards completion.
