Description
• Responsible for achieving profitability and production goals across national territory. • Collaborate with business unit leaders and underwriters to meet goals. • Create and maintain relationships with key agents and brokers in territory. • Ensure alignment between CNA business units’ target appetites and agent/broker books of business. • Monitor key performance indicators to achieve profitability goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with Master’s preferred in a related discipline, or equivalent. • Typically a minimum of 15 years of related underwriting, sales, marketing and distribution management experience. • Applicable professional certifications preferred.
