Description

β€’ Collaborate with Solutions Advisors and Sales leadership to generate new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting. β€’ Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. β€’ Build and manage a robust prospecting pipeline using Sales CRM Tool. β€’ Understand client needs and industry trends to qualify prospects using the BANT framework. β€’ Identify and qualify prospects through research, networking, and lead generation activities. β€’ Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and FHB Partners to develop and manage outbound marketing campaigns. β€’ Provide support for Client Success Managers and identify relevant RFP opportunities for pursuit. β€’ Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and leverage tools like LinkedIn and GovSpend. β€’ Track and analyze performance metrics to inform strategies and report to leadership.

Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Account Development, or Sales preferred β€’ Proficient with Customer Relationship Management systems β€’ Familiarity with Enterprise Software Solutions β€’ Familiarity with finance and accounting teams β€’ Familiarity with financial software such as Workiva, Trintech, CaseWare, Blackline, Gravity, SAP, and Concur Invoice Solutions is an asset. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills β€’ Sound knowledge and application of financial terms β€’ Ability to effectively use the entire MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word & PowerPoint, and Excel β€’ Proven ability to learn and master technology efficiently.
