Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent in relevant fields. • Project Management (PM) Certification preferred. • Requires 10+ years of relevant experience designing and implementing workforce development programs. • 5+ years managing teams. • Experience in an NGO and with underrepresented groups required.
