β€’ Provide support and mentorship to direct reports. β€’ Development of a winning team, including recruiting, hiring, and training. β€’ Coaching direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins. β€’ Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management. β€’ Consistent monitoring of the sales activity of the team and tracking of results. β€’ Actively leading and monitoring demand generation activities. β€’ Leading initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement. β€’ Develop and implement successful sales campaigns. β€’ Engaging at C-level in enterprise customer organizations. β€’ Work cross-functionally with internal partners and corporate resources. β€’ Develop relationships across the business and with executives. β€’ Work with VP Sales to design and execute strategic plans. β€’ Stay abreast of local and national market trends.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years experience managing a team of enterprise sellers. β€’ Experience delivering compelling business cases to C-suite executives. β€’ Intrinsically motivated to exceed goals, with proven track record of exceeding sales and quotas. β€’ Obsessed with helping AEs close deals, bringing new customers to Fieldguide, and selling our vision. β€’ Undeniable executive presence with acute attention to what to say, and how to say it. β€’ Strong operational rigor around forecasting, sales methodologies, and preparation.
