Description

• The primary responsibilities for our next Account Manager will be to: • Manage all contract renewals and lead negotiations with our customers • Retain and increase revenue with a managed book of business • Perform Business Reviews with strategic clients • Solve complex customer needs by working with our Construction Success Team • Expand the book of business by asking for referrals and uncovering new business opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years in a quota-carrying inside sales experience while consistently exceeding targets, required • Experience with outbound sales motions, including prospecting to generate leads and running full-cycle sales, preferred • Experience working directly with the C-Suite, preferred • Experience with multi-threading to move sales cycles forward and/or uncovering new business opportunities within existing client base, preferred • Cold-calling experience, preferred • SaaS environment or construction industry experience, preferred • Experience with Salesforce.com, preferred • B2B transactional experience, preferred • Experience managing projects with input from cross-functional teams • A knack for working well with a wide range of people (external and internal); a natural relationship builder • Flexibility to travel domestically as business requires to meet clients in face to face settings for business reviews, relationship building, product demonstrations, etc. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high performing sales environment • Experience with managing and generating a pipeline of opportunities equal to or above 3x quota • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical product aspects to both non-tech savvy and tech savvy customers • Excellent written and verbal skills in a primarily remote selling environment • Highly organized and methodical • Process-oriented in order to manage renewal and expansion motions in a prioritized manner
