📋 Description

• Finexio is the leader in AP Payments as a Service, simplifying B2B payments. • We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to build and preserve relationships with customers. • You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of Finexio customers, ensuring they get maximum value. • Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, strategic thinker needed to drive product adoption and revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing, account-management role in the payments industry • Track record of successfully managing clients, increasing product adoption, action planning, and fielding escalations • Ability to manage several customers and projects simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze and manage customer data • Positive, can-do attitude combined with an ability to manage customer expectations and be assertive and persuasive • Willingness to occasionally work beyond regular office hours when needed; Approximately 25% travel. • Ability to cope in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. Previous start-up experience a plus.
