β’ Education: Bachelorβs degree or equivalent work experience. β’ Experience: Minimum 5 years outside sales experience in Distributor Sales, Chemical Sales, Manufacturing, or Food Service. (2+ years of Food Safety and Sanitation experience preferred) β’ Communication Skills: Proven negotiation, relationship management, communication and presentation skills β’ Special Skills: Strategic thinking, financial acumen, negotiation skills, conflict resolution skills and strong analytical skills. β’ Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce CRM. β’ Travel: 30-50% (overnights as required), must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
