πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts through personal visits and follow-up on a regular basis. β€’ Secure account penetration and loyalty, by adding overall value to customer accounts; improving current programs, and introducing new innovations and reporting. β€’ Drive engagement with customers at all levels to ensure needs are met, apprise customers of mutual performance, new products, programs and market trends through periodic and formal Business Reviews. β€’ Develop and qualify leads within respective geography to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling, partner-selling, lead-generation campaigns, and social selling techniques. β€’ Gaining new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets. β€’ Retain, manage, and grow the existing customer base. β€’ Presenting and creating multi-product solution opportunities through presentations, training, and demonstrations. β€’ Provide customer training and support as needed across the customer's entire enterprise. β€’ Collaborate with retail leaders and support teams to ensure profit and value propositions β€’ Accurately complete administrative duties; budgeting, forecasting and expenses. β€’ Perform work in a safe manner and use appropriate personal protective equipment

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. β€’ Experience: Minimum 5 years outside sales experience in Distributor Sales, Chemical Sales, Manufacturing, or Food Service. (2+ years of Food Safety and Sanitation experience preferred) β€’ Communication Skills: Proven negotiation, relationship management, communication and presentation skills β€’ Special Skills: Strategic thinking, financial acumen, negotiation skills, conflict resolution skills and strong analytical skills. β€’ Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce CRM. β€’ Travel: 30-50% (overnights as required), must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
