📋 Description

• Be part of our world-class team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as an Account Manager III • meaningful role in our sales team • Outstanding opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment • Driving sales and encouraging relationships with key accounts • The Account Manager is responsible for selling, servicing and promoting Microbiology Division products • Develop strong major account relationships at all levels of management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Food Safety, Business, or related field or equivalent experience • 3+ years of sales experience in a relevant industry preferred • Technical strength and demonstrated ability to navigate the Microbiology portfolio • Understand and demonstrate the necessity for sales planning and execution using standard sales tools (e.g. SalesForce.com) to drive commercial operational excellence • A broad familiarity with any of the following industries would be an advantage: Food Safety, Microbiology, Molecular – Academic or Industry • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required • Ability to travel to customer sites, may require overnight travel within the assigned territory • Must have a valid drivers license
