• As an Account Manager at Vibrent Health, you will grow account revenue with existing clients. • Our clients are doing human subject cohort research across population health, cancer screening, genomics, rare disease, oncology, and digital health. • You will create and manage strategic account plans, build a solid sales pipeline, and own the sales process. • To succeed, share Vibrent Health’s value proposition in consultative conversations to enhance research outcomes. • You will identify additional researcher needs and recognize how Vibrent provided tools can offer effective solutions. • You will travel to meet clients on-site and develop content to highlight Vibrent Health’s capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in health sciences, communications, or business; MPH preferred • 3 years of experience in a revenue generating account management role with academic medical centers • 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role • Experience with health research methodologies, digital health technologies, and digital clinical trials • Demonstrated success in expanding business with current academic medical center clients in a SaaS business model • Strong “closer” with successful track record of coordinating a complex sales process from initial contact to signature • Demonstrable critical thinking and analytical skills • Highly skilled in Salesforce usage for pipeline management • Ability to synthesize large amounts of disparate information • Strong interpersonal skills with high levels of humility, empathy, and integrity • Strong bias to action with an ability to quickly prioritize • Works well under deadlines and tight schedules
