Description

β€’ Independent management of sales pipeline and driving quota attainment β€’ Sourcing and closing fintech prospects for automating Capital Markets operations β€’ Preparing written, verbal, and visual sales collateral to support sales deals β€’ Helping extend existing Sales playbook to ensure smooth headcount growth and a repeatable sales process β€’ Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to inform a product roadmap β€’ Growing the Finley Sales team through job candidate interviews, mentoring new team members, and documenting standard operating procedures

Requirements

β€’ Experience selling B2B SaaS in the $20-$60k ARR range β€’ Understanding of financial documentation and terms β€’ Ability to engage multiple stakeholders in a complex sales cycle β€’ Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams β€’ Experience with designing for the long-term β€’ Willingness to recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
