Requirements

• 5-7 years of value-based healthcare-specific strategy, operations, product, consulting, or high-growth startup experience. • 5-7 years experience and familiarity with BI tools, such as Snowflake, MySQL, QuickSight, etc. • Strong business judgment with strategic and analytical mindset. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders. • Fast, flexible, and outcomes-focused. • Cultural humility, empathy, and growth mindset.
