Description
• Work under the Vice President of Privileged Access Engineering to plan and establish a functional vision for PAM assignments • Lead the onshore Privilege Access Management Team to ensure deliverables are met within SLAs • Provide operational excellence and support, collaborating with peer managers on IAM planning • Maintain a production environment and provide best-in-class services. • Troubleshoot issues and engage in root cause analysis and support application integration • Prepare and maintain documentation including SOPs and incident response materials • Participate in the definition of metrics and service levels • Create detailed artifacts for system maintenance and configurations • Guide associates on troubleshooting techniques in cloud and on-premises technology
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience • 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis • Experience with privileged access controls from a user experience perspective • 1+ years’ experience interfacing with Corporate Audit and External Audit functions for regulatory compliance • Cybersecurity certifications such as CISA, CISSP and CyberArk certifications – CDE, Sentry, Defender
