• Lead a team of Sales Leaders to achieve sales targets in the SMB market. • Develop and execute a sales strategy for growth and revenue. • Mentor and manage a high-performing sales team. • Build strong relationships with community banks and financial institutions. • Coach on all phases of the sales lifecycle. • Understand the payments industry and market trends. • Own revenue targets and performance metrics. • Collaborate with product and marketing teams for strategic initiatives. • Optimize sales processes and improve forecasting accuracy. • Advocate for customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Experience selling merchant acquiring solutions to the SMB market. • Ability to build a sales culture of independent sales executives and sales leaders. • Minimum 12 years of sales and sales management experience. • Experience managing a successful sales team selling direct to SMB merchants. • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis. • Demonstrated success at leading field sales organizations of at least 50 sales professionals. • Ability to travel 50%+ across the US. • Bachelor’s degree required. • Master’s Degree a plus.
