• The Director of Sales & Operations will oversee and guide the performance of Regional Sales & Operations Managers across our licensed California and Florida locations. • This leadership position focuses exclusively on ensuring our locations achieve operational excellence, exceed revenue targets, and provide exceptional customer experiences. • The role will drive the implementation of strategies that enhance brand growth and streamline operations, positioning us as a leader in the industry. • Responsibilities include developing and implementing systems for operational efficiency, leading sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, standardizing customer experiences, optimizing location performance, mentoring managers, developing succession plans, strategic planning, collaborating for brand growth, innovating for scalability, fostering a results-driven culture, financial oversight, enhancing member retention, and troubleshooting operational challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in operations or sales leadership, preferably in multi-unit fitness, wellness, or a related field. • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is an asset. • Experience in scaling operations and leading geographically distributed teams. • Track record of achieving revenue and performance goals in a customer-focused environment.
