Requirements

β€’ 8-10 years of B2B sales experience β€’ 3-5 years leading mid-market/enterprise sales teams β€’ Track record of success with $15K-$1M+ ACV deals β€’ Strong history of successful outbound sales motion management β€’ Experience selling solutions that combine hardware and software components β€’ Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing sales professionals β€’ Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities β€’ Excellent communication and leadership skills β€’ Ability to travel for customer visits and trade shows β€’ Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Technical background or strong technical aptitude β€’ Experience in GPS tracking, IoT, or related industries β€’ Background in selling to multiple verticals β€’ Personal Attributes: β€’ Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities β€’ Results-oriented with a focus on achieving team and individual targets β€’ Adaptable to the dynamic nature of a growth environment β€’ Collaborative approach to working across departments β€’ Data-driven decision-making mindset β€’ Focus on continuous improvement and development
