• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams as a Director or as a Senior Engineering Manager • Strong B2B business acumen with deep expertise building marketplace ecosystems and developing partner focused solutions • Knowledge and know-how to build friction free payment systems, gateways and workflows • Prior experience engaging and building relationship with external vendors or business partners as necessary in an engineering capacity • Experience leading teams indirectly by managing managers and driving outcomes • Excellent track record of leading initiatives, managing projects and delivering results • Strong passion and track record of attracting, developing, and retaining engineers • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Be sure to mention "coffee" in your application, so we know you read this
