Description

• Serve as a collaborator and trusted advisor to Flex’s senior executives • Prepare and deliver presentations, findings, and recommendations • Lead a portfolio of high-profile/high-impact projects • Apply creative problem-solving skills to develop strategies • Help drive or ensure the necessary transformation or integration of initiatives • Establish functional strategic plans and objectives • Manage both short- and long-term deliverables for self and team • Lead completion of high-quality business, market, and/or technology analysis • Frame complex decisions and insights • Partner with corporate development and relevant business unit(s) to identify/evaluate potential candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or science disciplines • 8+ years' (6+ with masters/MBA) experience • 4+ years’ work experience in business or corporate strategy team • Management consulting or equivalent • Industry experience in technology, manufacturing, and supply chain preferred • Advanced operations, processes, and people skills • Solid financial acumen • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to present to senior leaders and executives • Detailed expertise in complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas • Direct people management as well as ability to influence and lead cross-functional people and teams
